All the Anker bluetooth gear I’ve used has been great, better than the Beats or Sony product that was comparable but much more expensive for no added performance, maybe higher quality materials though as the Anker Life Q20s I had did fall apart a bit, but I used them a ton.
I don’t have a jack, just USB-C and with the cable and adapter it’s still much worse. If it was 3.5mm my phone would know it’s just a stereo headset, but because I use have to use a USB-c adapter, it gets slightly loose and will pause the music, or play if it is paused, skip tracks, etc. The 3.5mm plug is ancient in terms of tech but still is the best plug format for headphones imo.
I don’t mind a phone having one input, for audio and charge/data, it is unfortunate how much less reliable the USB-C physical connection seems to be versus the 3.5mm though. I don’t know if it’s just me, but every USB-C device I’ve had eventually gets finicky with the connection, regardless of cable and cleanliness. My phone now using headphones with an adapter, if I move it much it will come loose and pause the playback. The 10+ year old phone I have with a 3.5mm jack though, I can swing it around holding the cord and it stays rock solid connected.
Do you have issues with keeping track of things like that in general? There are adapter keychains you can use to keep any on your keys. Or I’ve found having a specific place for things helps me, I used to lose my usb-c adapter but now I just always put it in the same spot when I am done using it.
I strongly prefer wired, in part due to the latency, though it’s too bad your car has such bad latency because I have found that it can be essentially zero, maybe there is a setting somewhere you could adjust or firmware update?
I remember people saying it was funny how Han Solo had a wired headset when he flew, even though they have all the Star Wars technology, but I feel like even with amazing advances it will be hard to beat the wire anytime soon.

Basically every act of mass violence begins with dehumanizing the enemy. Even well meaning people will be like “oh so he says inflammatory stuff, so what.” These words like ‘vermin’ are a specific call to action.
His supporters fully believe his win was stolen the first time. If he does lose the election, that will not be the end of it. It seems like the real die hard supporters aren’t even aiming for a legitimate electoral win of any kind even if rigged, just pure coup. They are a tiny minority, but authoritarian governments are often supported and put in place by a small minority of the people.
