I didn’t think Joker 2 was a bad movie. It was well acted and beautifully filmed. It was just a poor sequel to the original and told a story that nobody cared about. I’d almost call it “artsy”.

Evil Dead 2, though it’s arguably a re-telling vs a sequel.
