When Rudy was mayor of New York he proudly arrested homeless folks and subway fare jumpers. Surely such a dedicated protector of the law isn’t averse to being treated that way himself?

Right after the 2016 election, the NY Times had a panel with the creators of all the top political TV series. West Wing; House of Cards: Scandal, any you could name.
All the writers and producers said the same thing; if they’d had a fictional character say that they ‘liked soldiers who didn’t get captured’ the TV networks and advertisers would demand that the character be shown getting hate from all Americans.
The media reported all the horrible things Trump said in 2016 and people still voted for the pig.

Socialization is a slow process. Many people who have good families and rich environments still have problems learning how to have face to face conversations. Look how many people on this site talk about not wanting to have a conversation over the phone or talk to a stranger in a shop.

There are only so many hours in the day. If a child spends eight hours a day glued to the phone, they aren’t going to learn social skills.
Left Wing people know that are going against the State when they protest. They leave their phones home.
