Since our last release this month, we鈥檝e had ~60 commits to Lemmy.

Major Changes

  • Add option to disable strict allowlist ( #1486) documentation
  • Add option to limit community creation to admins only (#1587)
  • Many search improvements:
    • Don鈥檛 search for communities or users when the id is included.
    • Add creator id to search.


  • Adding a user setting to show / hide scores. Fixes #1503
  • Add option to hide read posts. Fixes #1561
  • Mark accounts as bot, and hide bot posts/comments
  • Adding a short site description, to be used for joinlemmy instance list
  • Adding matrix id validation. Fixes #1520

I know there鈥檚 an update when Lemmur doesn鈥檛 load 馃ぃ Great changes and progress ya鈥檒l!


This was our fault, turns out we changed a variable name in the API鈥 the lemmur devs are on it.


Never mad about it breaking since the lemmur devs say in the app description that it鈥檒l happen, if anything it means good stuff is being made!

An idea. Can you put the Database-password in an extra file? So downloading the docker-compose.yml does not break the database-settings鈥
